Somalina Nguon-Guignet established the original IFL structure with Hervé Quillet in Dublin, Ireland in 1999. After years spent in Kenya, Ireland and Venezuela, she is now based in Hong Kong and in charge of the Asian markets. She handles the follow-up with customers, develops local partnerships and is the interface with the Notary for the legal procedure of purchasing in France.

 

Hervé Quillet sat-up IFL with Somalina Nguon-Guignet in Ireland in 1999.

His role is to activate IFL's network in order to find the best properties country-wide. Along the years he has developed and area of expertise in the set-up of mortgage arrangements with banks and partnerships with the biggest builders in France.
